Why join the fight for fair banking treatment?: By joining us, you become part of a movement dedicated to challenging discriminatory practices and advocating for fair treatment in the banking sector.
How can I support the advocacy work?: You can support us by spreading awareness, engaging in campaigns, and sharing your experiences to shed light on unfair banking practices.
Can I share my story of unfair treatment by a UK bank?: Yes, we encourage individuals to share their experiences to raise awareness and advocate for change in the banking sector.
How much do you charge for your services?: We now offer our services FREE, only charging commission on monies recouped. The process and workload can be immense and each case is different. In effect, our aim is twofold: 1) The primary aim is to have your monies refunded in full. 2) The secondary aim is to have your account reopened (if you so wish). We charge between 5% and 10% commission dependent on the amount being recouped. Be aware that not all cases are successful and, in those cases, we do not get paid.
What now?: Contact us and we will arrange an initial telephone call to ascertain if we can help regarding your specific situation. If we can, then we arrange an appointment at our office in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire or, if that is too much of a distance to travel, we can meet on Zoom. We are tenacious and we get results so, in future, you will recommend us to your friends and colleagues.
